January 17, 2020 – WorkN Announced Today that Ericka Hyson has Joined the Executive Team as President.

Hyson brings over 20 years of combined experience as both an executive in the staffing industry and staffing-tech industry. She has incredible passion and drive for leadership,  innovation, and building world-class service organizations and economies of scale. She will be instrumental in augmenting marketing, business development and partnership programs needed to help guide WorkN through its next phase of growth.

WorkN CEO and co-founder Jakob Rohn said: “We are thrilled to have Ericka join our executive leadership team. Ericka will help WorkN set the stage for tremendous success partnering with customers to achieve digital transformation.
Bringing on someone of Ericka’s caliber should signal that online staffing has truly arrived as mainstream technology. We all knew it was ‘coming soon’ but we have certainly crossed from future to present tense.”

“I am honored to join Jake, Steve, and the WorkN team and to be a part of shaping the future of how the staffing industry is adapting and shifting into a holistic mobile candidate experience,” said Hyson.  “I am looking forward to engaging with our clients as a true partner in delivering incredible experiences up the value chain to their customers and workers. Not only is WorkN a platform for on-demand staffing, it is a mobile platform that can be customized to create a seamless, centralized mobile candidate/worker experience. There are so many tools available in staffing firms’ tech-stack. WorkN separates itself as the leading platform bringing together on-demand functionality, ATS integrations, and mobile features – coupled with third party vendors – to offer a central place to engage with talent. This is the new paradigm for staffing.”

Hyson is a three-time honoree of Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing list, which recognizes and honors women around the globe who are thought leaders, who share a passion for promoting and shaping talent, and who are key influencers in the staffing industry. She has been honored by the Charlotte Business Journal with a 2018 Women in Business Award and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association.
